Wall-mounted premium servicing is RM150 per unit for 1.0HP to 3.0HP. Ceiling cassette servicing is RM260 per unit for 1.5HP to 3.0HP. Chemical wash, gas top-up, leak check and a 1-month warranty are all included in that price — there is nothing extra added at the door.
For a home unit used daily, every three to four months keeps the cooling strong and the electricity bill down. Units running all day in shops, offices and restaurants should be serviced every two to three months.
A normal service is a surface clean of the filter and front cover. A chemical wash removes the dirt and mould built up inside the indoor coil, the blower wheel and the drainage line, and cleans the outdoor unit as well. Ziaus Tech includes the full chemical wash in the standard price.
