Buy your aircond from us and standard installation is included free — copper piping, wiring, casing, drain pipe, insulation and outdoor bracket, all fitted by our own technicians.
Wall-mounted units start from RM1,130. Ceiling cassettes start from RM2,390. Delivered and installed across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Choosing the wrong size is the most expensive mistake in buying an aircond. Too small and it runs constantly without ever cooling the room. Too large and you pay for capacity you never use. As a general guide:
Inverter or Non-Inverter?
Non-Inverter
Non-inverter units cost less upfront and make sense for rooms used a few hours a day — a guest room, or a hall used at weekends.
Inverter
Inverter units cost more to buy but hold the temperature steadily instead of switching hard on and off, so they use noticeably less electricity in rooms running six hours or more a day. For bedrooms and offices, the saving usually covers the price difference over time.

Buying an Aircond — Common Questions
Yes. Standard installation is included in the price of every unit bought from us — the bracket, one wall hole, and the material lengths listed above. Only non-standard work, such as extra piping or a second wall hole, is charged, and we quote that before installation day.
Most orders are delivered and installed within 2-3 days of confirming your order, depending on stock and your preferred date. Message us with the model and we will confirm the earliest available slot.
The unit itself carries the manufacturer’s own warranty, which varies by brand. The installation work carries our 1-month Ziaus Tech warranty on top of it.
No, we don’t remove old units. We’re happy to disconnect your old unit as part of the visit, but taking it away and disposing of it isn’t part of our service.
It depends on your budget and how long you plan to keep the unit. Daikin, Panasonic and Mitsubishi cost more and last well. Midea, Haier, Hisense, TCL, AUX and CHiQ give you good cooling at a lower price. Tell us your budget and how you use the room, and we will give you a straight recommendation.
