Wall-Mounted Aircond Chemical Wash Service
A full chemical wash, not a surface wipe. We strip the dirt and mould out of the indoor coil, blower wheel and drainage line, clean the outdoor unit, then check gas pressure and cooling output before we leave.

Ceiling Cassette Aircond Service
Cassette units collect more dust than wall units and cannot be cleaned properly without coming apart. We take the panel down, chemical wash the coil, blower and drain pan, flush the drainage line, then clean the outdoor unit and check cooling output.

Ceiling Cassette Aircond Installation
Cassette installation is precision work. The unit has to sit perfectly level in the ceiling, the drainage has to fall correctly, and the mounting has to hold safely for years. We handle the ceiling opening, bracket mounting, piping, wiring and drainage, then test the cooling with you before we leave.

Some units do not need a service – they need a fix. Our technicians diagnose the fault at your property, explain what is wrong in plain language, and give you the price before touching anything. If you decide not to proceed, that is completely fine. All repairs carry the same 1-month Ziaus Tech warranty as our servicing work. Send us the brand, the HP size and a short description of what the unit is doing – we will tell you what it most likely needs before we arrive.

Questions About Our Aircond Services
A wall-mounted chemical wash usually takes around an hour per unit. A ceiling cassette takes longer because the panel has to come down. If you have several units, we will give you an expected finish time when you book.
Someone over 18 should be present to give access and to see the finished work. We will always show you the cooling result before we leave.
Yes. Routine servicing and cleaning does not affect a manufacturer warranty. Where a repair involves a part still covered by the manufacturer, we will tell you so you can claim it rather than pay us for it.
Every service, repair and installation carries a 1-month Ziaus Tech warranty. If the same fault returns within that month, we come back at no charge.
